Where we ship

The current shipping profile is configured for the United States. International shipping is not currently listed as available. If you need delivery outside the United States, contact contact@elaradress.store before ordering.

Processing time

A separate order-processing time is not currently specified in the store's Shopify shipping settings. Orders are prepared for fulfillment according to current capacity. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us before placing it so we can confirm what is possible.

Shipping methods and costs

Standard shipping: $8. Standard delivery is listed as 3-5 business days. Standard shipping is free for orders of $70 or more.

Express shipping: $15. Express delivery is listed as 1-2 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and shipped. They are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

When tracking is available for a shipment, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Make sure your contact details are accurate.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, peak periods, address issues, and other events outside our control can affect delivery. Contact contact@elaradress.store if your order appears delayed and include your order number.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package appears lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, contact us at contact@elaradress.store with your order number and any available photos or carrier information. We will review the issue and confirm the next steps.
