Return requests
Elaradress wants customers to feel confident when shopping with us. The store's current Shopify configuration does not define a confirmed return window or supplier-specific return conditions. Return eligibility and the final return window therefore require manual confirmation before launch. Contact us as soon as possible after delivery and wait for written instructions before sending anything back.
How to start a return
Email contact@elaradress.store with your order number, the item or items concerned, and the reason for the request. We may ask for photos or additional information so we can review the request. Do not send a return to the business address unless we provide return instructions in writing.
Return conditions
Unless we confirm otherwise, keep items unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Items showing wear, damage, alterations, or missing tags may not be eligible. The final conditions are pending manual confirmation against the store's supplier and fulfillment arrangements.
Refund process and timing
Once a return is approved, received, and reviewed, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. The payment provider controls the time it takes for the credit to appear. A fixed refund processing timeframe is not currently configured.
Return shipping
Responsibility for return shipping costs is not currently configured and must be confirmed before a return is approved.
Non-returnable items
No specific non-returnable categories are currently configured. Please confirm eligibility with us before returning an item.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact contact@elaradress.store as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will review the issue and confirm the available resolution.
Order cancellations
Email us promptly at contact@elaradress.store if you need to request a cancellation. Approval depends on the order's fulfillment status and is not guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.
